Terms & Conditions:
CANCELLATION POLICY: If a flight is cancelled for any reason prior to 72 hours there is a 10% cancellation fee.
Cancellation within 72 hours there is a 100% charge/No refund. No show will result in a 100% charge/No refund.

WEIGHT & BALANCE POLICY: The FAA requires a proper weight and balance calculation prior to any flight with
proper distribution within the aircraft cabin. Any passenger that weighs more than 250 lbs may be required to
purchase another seat (Please call Safari Reservations 1.800.326.3356). Passengers that weight more than 300 lbs
will be required to purchase another seat at 100%. For safety reasons, all passengers will be actually weighed
upon check-in at our office prior to all flights. Tours and times may vary due to weather conditions.

You can specify AM or PM flight times, but actual flight times will be set by Safari and you will be contacted
with you're reservation details within 24hrs.
